Exercise 16: Simple path analysis

In this SPSS .sav file you will find one outcome variable and three independent variables. Construct a path analysis on it, resulting in a figure showing the various path effects. The path model in the first step of this exercise

Variable 1, 2, and 3 all have a direct effect on the outcome variable.
Variable 1 and 2 have an effect on variable 3.

Use Microsoft PowerPoint to draw the model and label the paths with their effects. Don't forget to attach disturbances as well.
